Dr. Adams is fantastic. We’ve used him for 3 kids and will do so again for our 4th. We love his office staff too. They’re friendly, they’re flexible and they get us in promptly if we ever need it. Also, their teeth look great!

Dr Adams and his team were exceptionally superb & efficient with our child’s orthodontic treatment plan. He was continually available to answer questions, arrange appointments to deal with trouble spots, and discuss other concerns. The total cost of treatment was also less than many other options. His front office staff is phenomenal & often worked around our hectic schedule to arrange appointments at convenient times. I simply can’t say enough good things about this office and am so grateful for the care that Dr Adams provided.

I could not be happier with Dr. Adams and his entire staff. After a thorough consultation which gave confidence to move ahead with orthodontia services (again), I went into "full metal jackets" that were the best solution for me. Dr. Adams fixed a variety of problems that dated back some 50 years to a childhood orthodontic experience that ended poorly and needed serious attention. Throughout the process with Dr. Adams, I always had easy access to appointments that fit my schedule and each visit included excellent and attentive care from Dr. Adams and his caring staff. I highly recommend Dr. Adams and so does my dental hygienist who now raves about how easy it is to clean my straight teeth. Thanks again Dr. Adams

After considering getting braces as an adult for years i finally followed through and did it. I'm so glad i found Dr. Adams. I had an underbite with a cross bite and was having difficulties chewing. Dr. Adams completely transformed my smile and I've never been happier. I can chew easily now that my bite is properly aligned and my smile is broader. Treatment time was about 15 months and I'm wondering why I waited so long to do this. Best decision ever!!!

Only five stars? Dr. Adams deserves way more than 5. Seriously. Getting my teeth straightened at 60+ was way out of my comfort zone. But Dr. Adams was so encouraging and compassionate that he was an easy choice to help me have the smile I'd always wished for. Full Smile was surprisingly affordable. Before long the results were noticeable. It's been 6 years now, but Dr. Adams still goes out of his way to make sure my retainer fits properly and my teeth still align as they should. If you're considering orthodontia for yourself or your child, schedule a consultation. And then get ready to smile for the camera.

I would like to say a big thank you to Dr. Adams and his team. On Saturday late morning, the spacer came out of our son's teeth and he lost it. We were concerned because there was now a space between the molars where the spacer was. I called our orthodontist but our orthodontist was closed on Saturday. I figured, I just need a new spacer. So I looked in Yelp and was surprised how many orthodontists are closed on Saturdays. However, Full Smile Orthodontics was opened until 12:00 pm. I called them on the phone at 11:55 am and explained the situation. The lady told me to come down and if the office closed before I arrived then they will tape on the front door a small bag with spacers in it for me. I drove as fast as possible to their office and parked in the lot. As I walked across the parking lot, I saw Dr. Adams about to tape the small bag to their front door because they were about to close their office. I waved my hand and said, "I'm the one who called!". I am so thankful that Full Smile Orthodontics took the time to prepare a bag with some spacers for our son and I can see Dr. Adams cares for people enough to help out in the kindest of ways. thank you.

We transferred here from another place and the experience could not have been better, My daughter was in braces already longer than she was supposed to and we were not seeing any progress. transferred here they moved some of the braces around and many of the issues we were having seemed to correct quickly so she could finish treatment

We've had 2 daughters get their second phase of braces at Full Smile Orthodontics. We were very happy with their service and office staff. Dr. Adams is very personable and we always felt valued as clients. Our oldest has been out of braces for 4 years and her permanent retainer wire came loose. She went in and they confirmed it needed to be replaced. They covered it under her treatment plan when I wasn't sure it would be as we are out of contract. My youngest had her braces removed last fall and they have been doing her retainer checks regularly. Scheduling appointments has been easy and if I've needed to get a repair done, they've gone out of their way to squeeze them in. So, from service to their work, we've been happy and I've recommended them to friends.

Dr. Adams is trustworthy, honest and easy to work with. After my son's braces were off, we noticed a lot of movement quickly. Dr. Adams put his braces back on immediately, added another appliance and did not add any additional fees. I will definitely bring my younger son here when he is ready for braces! Recently, I went to a dental clinic in Vista to have my braces fixed. A wire on my braces went loose and I had quite a tough time dealing with the abrasion. I had to roam the town for a while for any orthodontist willing to fix my braces. I stopped by Full Smile Orthodontist and it was a great decision! Even though I came in at closing time and most of the staff had already left for the day, the man at the front desk agreed to check my braces! He took me to the back--a cute little room with a marine theme. The room looked very well-kept and family-friendly. It had a variety of colors rather than the gray-blue color scheme of other clinics. After taking in the scene, I sat down in one of the colorful chairs. The orthodontist proceeded with his operation and fixed up my broken wire within a minute! I thanked him for staying overtime and asked the service fee. He told me for a service like that, it was free of charge :) I was extremely grateful for his service as SoCal is quite expensive and each visit should be about $40. I can only give nice words in exchange for the service from this nice clinic!

Dr. Adams is one in a million. He was so easy to work with and always made things so easy to understand. Dr. Adams has such great attention to detail. He fine tuned every tooth and has given me the most beautiful smile. Not to mention his superb bedside manner! I couldn't be happier with my results! I will forever refer to him as the tooth whisperer.

Best prices in town, flexible on payments. This is not a huge office geared at raking in as much of your money as they can dentist office. They are down to earth and friendly, and it has been a pleasure coming here! Oh yea my teeth look awesome too!

At 5:00 pm on Friday we realized that my daughter had misplaced her rubber bands. Not really a big deal, but we were 500 miles from home. Fortunately Full Smile Orthodontics was open on Saturday. The staff was helpful and friendly as they gave us a bag of rubber bands. If I was local, this would be our orthodontist for sure!

The orthodontists have the best prices in town and are extremely kind. Both of my daughters go here and I would recommend them to anyone. They're very good with payment plans and have great staff. They always call to remind you have appointments, which is great for me. I really like they don't try to sell you anything.

I was a registered dental assistant many years ago working in an orthodontic office. When my son needed braces, I had an idea of what I should expect. Full Smile Orthodontics has exceeded my expectations on every level. Our son is almost ready to have his braces removed. His teeth look beautiful and we have only had positive experiences with everyone in the office.

My 14 year old son had his braces put on about a year ago and his teeth already look near perfect! The doctors and staff are very friendly and easy to work with. I had received another quote from a nearby office and it was almost $1500 more than what Full Smile charged me. You might think that since they are competitvely priced they may not be as qualified, but it is quite the opposite. I have been extremely impressed with the care and outcome of my son's treatment. I would highly recommened them to friends and family.

I just got my braces off last week! I went there because I saw their ad online, which beat any other quote I had received (by $900) I went with the clear brackets and pearl bands (just advice in general, they stain badly, especially if you drink a lot of coffee or wine) I loved going in to the office... mainly because both orthodontists are SMOKIN HOT, and who doesn't love an educated, good looking man?! Anyway... they were always very professional, helpful, and down to earth. They worked with my insurance and gave me a good price on the bleaching trays. They are also good about giving you a reminder call, which was helpful. Overall, great experience.

Pros: Love the surf theme throughout the office! The doctors were friendly and really cared about their patients. They were really reasonable for such quality work. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful in getting the insurance and paperwork done for you. The doctors were very informative and sensitive to different circumstances and income of their patients. They also allow you to come in more than once a month to change your bands- just in case they stain before your next monthly visit. There is a game system that the kids can play when they are waiting. Cons: Small waiting room and only one bathroom. One of the hygenists has a bad attitude depending on which day you get her. Sometimes a wait.

My husband went to Full Smile Orthodontics for his braces and we were so impressed! Dr. McHenry and Dr. Adams were both great. Their office staff is fun and easy to work with. The doctors themselves were extremely approachable and so much more involved than the orthodontist I saw in my youth. They were honest and didn't "up sell" anything like you see in so many offices today. The office was set up to welcome both kids and adults. If our son ever needs braces, he will go here!
